Using the latest in digital print technology, Blackpop’s wallpapers are made in the UK using environmentally friendly UV inks, without the use of formaldehyde.

Blackpop's wallpapers are coated, non-woven, paste the wall products. They have passed a good light safe test.

Our wallpapers are lightly spongeable, making them suitable for bathrooms and kitchens.

We currently offer standard UK shipping from £8.00.
Costs are worked out on the basis of the size and weight of each individual order.

We offer international delivery on all products. Please email us.

We accept refunds and exchanges subject to the below conditions.

RETURNS (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange [ unless agreed in advance]. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and unopened [if wallpaper] and in the same condition that you received it. Ideally it should also be returned in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include  Gift Vouchers, bespoke and custom made to order items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Wallpapers will be subject to a restocking fee of £10 per roll.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blackpop.co.uk

Sale items (if applicable) Only items purchased at full price items may be refunded, unfortunately,
sale items cannot be refunded.
For exchanges (if applicable), we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@blackpop.co.uk and we will organise the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable/signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
