'Vanguard' Fabric
The Birdland Collection takes visual inspiration from Dutch Delfware ceramics and features painterly, textured and anarchic patterns overlaid with splashes and daubs of colour. Jazz played an important role in the studio during its creation, with musicians such as Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Thelonious Monk and Dizzy Gillespie influencing the designing process.
